yurveda Day 2022 was organised in Seminar Hall of Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences & Research, Jhajhar.
Programme was Inaugrated by our Chief Guest Sh. Laxmi Raj Singh, MLA, Sikandarabad, U.P. It was started by Performing Havan (Pooja), After that Dhanvanti Vandana by Dr. Robin Chaudhary (Asso. Professor, Kaumarbhritya), Dr. Ankit Sharma (Assist. Prof., Shalakya Tantra), Dr. Varnika (Assist. Prof., Rog Nidan), Dr. Priti YAdav (Assist. Prof., Shalya Tantra) & Deep Lighting by Sh. Laxmi Ra Singh (Chief Guest), Dr. V. S. Chauhan (Hon’ble Chairman Sir), (Prof.) Dr. Suresh Yeole (Director).
After this there were speeches on the theme of Ayurveda Day, Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda. Awards were given to Batch Toppers & Competitions conducted on Ayurveda Day 2022 in previous weeks.
At last Programme was ended and Prasad & Gifts were distributed among the college faculty.

Rangoli & Mehandi Competition was organised in the premises of our college on the occasion of Ayurveda Day 2022 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav 2022.
Students displayed their talent and competed with each other in a healthy environment. Some glimpse of the events are as follows

On the occasion of 75th Independence day flag was hoisted in the premises of Prakash institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences & Research by our Director Sir (Dr. Suresh Yeole) & Principal Sir (Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma). It was a moment of proud & immense pleasure to see our National Flag. National Anthem was sung by our students & staff, co-ordinated by Dr. Ishwar Singh.
After this many cultural events were held in the seminar hall of the college. Stage was shared by our Hon’ble Chairman Sir (Dr. V. S. Chauhan), Director Sir (Dr. Suresh Yeole) & Principal Sir (Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma). Wonderfully hosted by Dr. Amit Kumar Verma & Co-ordinated by our cultural committee.
Students and staff members participated with full energy. On this occasion we also gave our respects to Ex-Serviceman among our staff members who gave their all to serve this country.

After this sports events were conducted by Sports Committee in the ground of our college. Various games such as Volley Ball, Caramboard, lemon-Spoon race, pair race, tug of war etc were being participated by students of all year with great energy.

These events were concluded by motivational speech by our director sir & principal sir. They shared their experiences and feeling about 75th independence day. Chairman Sir Also gave speech on how we got independence, our sacrifices, challenges country faced & achievements after we got independence in all sectors specially in Health care Department as mortality rate has decreased significantly and average life span has increased. So, we should respect our independence and feel blessed for it. Prasad was also distributed among students and staff members.

Attended Virtually “Shilanyas Ceremony” of main office for WHO global Centre of Traditional Medicine (GCTM) at Jamnagar on 19.04.2022. Students & Staff attended this ceremony virtually and also reported the same on AKAM portal Provided by NCISM

Transitional curriculum programme ‘’for BAMS fresher batch 2021-2022 was organised on 11-04-2022 at 09:00 AM in seminar hall by ‘’Prakash Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajhar’’ as per the guideline provided by the NCISM. Seminar hall was richly decorated with balloons banner etc. This started with arrival of the chief guest ‘’Dr. Rakesh Sharma’’ president, Board of Ethics and Registration for Indian System of Medicine (BERISM) and special guest ‘’ Dr. Naresh Kumar Bhargav, registrar, Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra the programme began with ‘’ Shishyo-Upanayan Sanskar (Havan)’’ followed by Dhanwantri Vandana and lamp lighting. Our director ‘’Dr. Suresh Yeole’’ welcomed our chief guest and special guest. He represented and introduced about aim & objectives of our institution and future planning. Our honorable chairman ‘’ Dr. V.S Chauhan’’ also graced this occasion by his presence & very motivating speech for our students. He further promise them quality education and all the necessary facilities. He wished them great success. The purpose of the programme was to motivate our new students and brief them about- introduction to Ayurveda and also to get them familiar with their faculty and institute. There was great enthusiasm among students with positive energy flowing throughout the hall. The chief guest and special guest both gave a very motivating speech on this occasion about the role and scope of an Ayurvedic student. Dr. Rahul Bankar also gave presentation on introduction to aim of this transitional curriculum schedule.
The programme ended with a thank you note from our principal ’’Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma’’ followed by felicitation of both our guest. He thanked all for making this event a success. This event was hosted by Dr. Amit Kumar Verma and Dr. Varnika.

Swasnaprashana was performed in Kaumarbhritya Department on 14.03.2022

NCISM has issued new Minimum Standard of Education for Under Graduate Ayurvedic Education Regulation on 16th Feb 2022.
In this regards Principal (Prof.) Dr. Suresh Yeole has Organised interactive session for Teachers on 10th march 2022. Aim of this programme is to critically analyse new MSE & to suggest amendments needed to be addressed by NCISM.
This interactive session was enthusiastically participated by Faculty members & got benefitted by guidance of (Prof.) Dr. Suresh Yeole.
This new MSE focuses upon Academic Curriculum, Teacher related issues and Administrative changes that would bring up gradation in Ayurveda education System & incorporation of modern scientific method in Ayurvedic System.
This programme is not complete without the contribution of our (Prof.) Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma & (Prof.) Dr. Raakhi Mehra
